QuickFacts Health Insurance Enrollment for children, basic nutrition and physical activity presentations and tax preparation; FY 05 – 06, to date 105 children have been enrolled in Healthy Kids, Healthy Families and Medi-Cal in collaboration with the San Mateo Children’s Health Initiative; FY 05 – 06,  62 individuals participated in Project Fresh through BANPAC grant; Over 50% of participants were recipients of food stamps, Medi-Cal and/ or were part of the Head Start program. FY 05 – 06, goal for United Way/ TaxAid/ agency collaboration is 90 returns.
