homes have a choice: perform the repairs themselves, pay a contractor, or call North Peninsula Neighborhood Services Center.

Since it's incorporation in 1973, NPNSC has helped thousands of low-income homeowners with repairs that they were physically or financially unable to complete. Services include repair, replacement or
reinforcement of doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, porch steps, floors and walls.
Experienced Minor Home Repair Specialists perform minor home repairs free of charge to make homes safe,
decent, energy efficient, and comfortable.

North Peninsula Neighborhood Services Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation is paid through South San Francisco, Daly City, and San Mateo County on a cost reimbursement basis. Services are performed free to qualifying homeowners.
